Purchase a Warrior Tripod (Commander+Chief, Warrior+Cheif, General+Major)at warriortripods.com or at your local warrior tripods dealer.  Print and complete rebate form below.  Mail your tripod ( in working condition) to 8037 Rouse Rd Warrior, AL 35180.  Include in the box sufficient padding to prevent damage, your completed rebate form and proof of purchase.  Proof of purchase Receipt must include the authorized dealer, items purchased, purchase price and date of sale.  Warrior Tripods will not provide a shipping label or reimburse shipping cost to Warrior Tripods. 

Rebate will only be issued if (1) Warrior or Commander Tripod is purchased in addition to chief leveling head during the dates of 9-4-26 through 9-25-26  (2) Rebate form is filled out completely and mailed with bog pod (3) Warrior Tripods must receive all items by ….. in order to be eligible for the $200 rebate.
