Warranty
Warrior Tripods LLC warrants products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees on returns are to be paid for by the customer. Warrior Tripods LLC agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt. Returns
We have worked very hard to make our products the best they can be. We truly believe that our products will meet and exceed your expectations. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your gear we can arrange a return within 7 days of you receiving your equipment.
-Returns must be shipped back to Warrior Tripods at the expense of the customer and a 10% restocking/card fee will be withheld from the returned amount.
-All original packaging material must be included in your return and the items must be in new condition.
-Once your item is received and the terms are met you will be issued a refund.
